1. Use 1 tea bag per 8 oz glass of water. 2. Bring fresh, cold water to a rolling boil. Pour water over tea bags into heat-proof container. 3. Steep tea for 3 to 5 minutes, depending on your preference. 4. Remove tea bags. Allow tea to cool. Pour over ice; serve with sugar, lemon, lime or mint, as desired. |

Sun Tea:
1. Use 9 tea bags for every gallon of water. 2. Place tea bags in a clean gallon jar filled with cold water. 3. Cap jar loosely and place in sunshine away from combustible material. Steep tea for 3 to 4 hours. 4. Remove tea bags. Pour over ice; serve with sugar, lemon, lime or mint. 5. Refrigerate within 1 hour of brewing. 6. Discard product within 3 days of brewing. |
