Zatarain's Pro Crab Boil.
3.3 pounds net weight

This container will properly season 50 pounds of shrimp, 40 pounds of crawfish or about 4-5 dozen crabs.

1. Place 6 gallons of water or enough to cover seafood and contents of container into large cooking pot (60-72 quarts), stir, and bring to a rolling boil. Add seafood to boiling mixture, stir, cover tightly and return to boil.

2. Cook for the time shown in the table in the center of web page. Turn off heat and soak for the time shown in the table on back of container.

3. Cool hot mixture by adding ice. This will stop the cooking process. Allow to soak until desired flavor.

4. Drain carefully and serve.

This blend of spice will properly season 1 sack of crawfish (40-50 pounds), 1 hamper of crabs (4-5 dozen) or 75 pounds of shrimp.

1. Place 6 gallons of water and the contents of this package into a large container (60-72 quarts of water), stir and bring to a rolling boil. Add seafood to boiling mixture, stir, cover tightly and return to boil (if seafood is not covered in water, add additional water).

2. Cookfor the time shown in the chart. Turn off heat and soak seafood as indicated below.

3. Drain carefully and serve.
